Alisal Union School District Demolition
REI completed the commercial demolition of school buildings at Fremont Elementary School for the Alisal Union School District. The project included hazardous materials management, with asbestos abatement performed on the stucco siding of the main building. All work was carried out with strict safety controls and careful coordination to support a secure school environment.
City of Marina – Blight Removal
Randazzo Enterprises, Inc. was selected to perform commercial demolition services for the City of Marina’s blight removal project, which included the removal of former military structures and barracks. REI managed the demolition, hardscape removal, hazardous materials abatement, contaminated soil remediation, and site preparation. The overall scope of work included tree removal, clearing and grubbing, erosion control measures, and full site restoration. Upon completion, the site was stabilized and restored using hydroseeding and wood chips, returningthe area to safe and clean conditions suitable for future use.
