Training That Matches the Work

Our teams are trained for the real conditions and risks of the field:

Supervisors, foremen, and most field crews are trained in:

- Asbestos safety

- Respirator fit testing

- Medical clearance

- HAZWOPER

Supervisors and foremen also maintain:

- OSHA 30

- CPR / First Aid

- Bloodborne Pathogens

- Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)

- Trenching & Excavation Competent Person training

All employees excluding office staff hold training/certifications such as:

- OSHA 10

- Lead safety

- Forklift, rough-terrain forklift, and aerial lift safety

- Respirable Crystalline Silica & Respiratory Protection

- Trenching & Excavations

- Hazard Communication (GHS)

- Fall Protection & Ladder Safety

- Confined Spaces

- Wildfire safety

- Workplace Violence Prevention (WVPP)

Our commitment to safety is reinforced through our partnership with the ABC STEP Safety Management System, where we earned Diamond Level status, the highest level of recognition awarded by the program.
