Chartwell School
REI completed the demolition of multiple two and three story concrete structures for the Chartwell School. The scope of work included demolition and abatement of seven buildings, soil remediation due to lead content, and the backfilling of a pre-existing basement structure. Additional work included tree removal and land clearing of ice plant, with all activities carried out safely and efficiently to prepare the site for future use.
Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve Demolition
Randazzo Enterprises, Inc. completed remediation, demolition, and debris removal services at four locations within the Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve, including the removal of five single-family homes and multiple accessory structures. The scope included limited asbestos abatement, household hazardous waste disposal, minor grading, and erosion control. Approximately 765 tons of C&D, metal, and concrete were off-hauled, with one site scheduled for completion in Spring 2026
