Pebble Beach lodge

Randazzo Enterprises, Inc. performed comprehensive selective demolition services for the Pebble Beach Lodge renovation project. The scope included full removal of the existing roof system and chimney structures, followed by a complete interior gut down to the studs to prepare the building for reconstruction. Work also involved the removal of outdated HVAC ducting, A/C units, and heating systems to accommodate new mechanical installations. Exterior demolition included terrace stair removal, deck removal, and full stucco removal to expose underlying structural elements. Portions of the concrete foundations and walls were removed to allow for new structural upgrades. The project was completed on time and on budget with no injuries.
